Shipping & Returns Policy

Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • We ship with USPS Monday through Saturday.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Overnight orders must be placed before 12:00 PM PST to ship the same day.

  • Shipping insurance is optional but recommended. If your package is lost or seized and you did not purchase insurance, we will not replace it.

  • Orders with insurance may be eligible for a one-time replacement. Abuse of this policy = loss of insurance privileges and possible permanent ban.

Returns (Domestic Only)

  • We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened, unused products.

  • Items must be in new condition to qualify.

  • Contact support before returning anything. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

International Shipping

  • We ship internationally via USPS.

  • Once your package leaves our facility, you assume all responsibility.

  • We do not guarantee international delivery — local laws vary, and it’s your job to know them.

  • We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or seized international packages.

  • No refunds or replacements on international orders.

Order Cancellations & Refusals

  • If your order has not shipped, we’ll attempt to cancel it upon request.

  • If it has already shipped, you may need to initiate a return once it arrives.

  • Refused packages will incur:

    • The original + return shipping costs

    • A 25% restocking fee if the product is returned in new condition
