🍃 Luxury can come in many forms. And CoCo Chanel is no slouch.
1⃣Initial Impressions: It came in a typical and discreet cardboard box double bagged. The sealed bag with flower and then another thin zipper bag. I actually kept the zipper bag for future use lol.
I don't know exactly how to explain my first impression other than "2008" 🤣 It brought me RIGHT BACK to when I lived in CA. The gas BURST from the pack as soon as I opened it and assaulted my senses with a level of nostalgia I have not felt in a long time. Full of grapefruit and citrus notes fueled by that gas edge is 🤌
Nugs we're dense and... COMPACT to say the least (see point 4️⃣ ahead). Dark and lime green with LOTS of orange hairs with a few spots of purple here and there, this strain definitely wears its heart on its sleeve.
2⃣Effects: This being a balanced hybrid I wasnt expecting it be as relaxing as it was! This is yet ANOTHER gamer friendly strain. Making me focused, euphoric and relaxed I REALLY locked in on Gunfire Reborn and ended up smoking and playing for 2 hours. The high lasted a typical amount of time for me. It came on fast and I'd say I felt the full effects just a minute or two after smoking.
3⃣Flavor Profile and Disclaimer: Those of you that have been around know my palate can't be trusted, so as always, some input from my wife will be included!
All I taste is gas with some citrus and I f*cking love every bit of it.
My wife said it was amazing. She preferred it through the bong as she said it was incredibly smooth and she could take as big of a hit as she wants. Flavor is on point, said the grapefruit and citrus was "right out front" and the gas wasn't overpowering.
4⃣Cons: I'll include a picture in the comments... maybe I'm wrong, please correct me, if so...
When I do my review videos of the nug I always try to find the biggest and prettiest out of the bag and this time I REALLY had to settle. Out of the half or so dozen shmedium sized nugs this was the one I thought best showed its colors. I was very disappointed by the nug size, especially for something that is supposed to be a brands higher tier flower.
That's IT. I'm easy to please and CoCo was giving.
5⃣Conclusion: Amazing high, amazing flavor, amazing nose, TERRIBLE presentation.
Presentation aside though, this is DEFINITELY a strain worth trying, and who knows, maybe it was just a bad pack for me?
BUT with that said this flower is 100% worth it. Out of the 3 "serious" reviews I've done this one is hands down my favorite.
